Generally, you will receive your purchase in 18 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at service@arabelart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

The works are packaged by Arabelart and follow a standardized packaging process.Ships in a tube(Only canvas) item will arrive rolled in a quality Hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.Ships in a cardboard box(Small-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from Arabelart to your home.Ships in a crate(Large-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey and will be tightly sealed together.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact service@arabelart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely! Arabelart organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact service@arabelart.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

- Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it.

- We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact service@arabelart.com

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal accountFor credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.

Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
