DESCRIPTION

This close-up of a flower garden with its tight perspective and emphasis on the painted surface is an outpouring of Klimt's love of patterning and design. The riot of colors recalls backgrounds from some of his monumental frieze work, such as The Beethoven Frieze (1902), thrown down here in exaggerated profusion. The pyramidal structure gives form and shape to the intensity of patterning, which, like other of Klimt's landscape works, plays on the polarizing effects of a predominant oppositional red-green palette. However, Klimt places the odd note of blue at the heart of this composition to act as a focal point within the color confusion.（replica）

How are the artworks packaged?

The works are packaged by Arabelart and follow a standardised packaging process.

Ships in a cardboard box

(artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from Arabelart to your home.

Ships in a tube

(Canvas and Frame kit) item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

How long does delivery take?

Air Express: Generally 5-10 natural days.

Processing time: 15 natural days to be hand-painted by professional artist. The work you ordered was created by the artist of the original painting.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL or TNT, or specialist art delivery companies.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! Arabelart organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?

They may be delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances).

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

INSTALLATION
1.Unrolling the Canvas:
  • Carefully remove the canvas from the tube.
  • Lay the canvas flat on a clean surface. You can place it face down on a clean sheet or towel to protect the artwork.
2.Flattening the Canvas:
  • Carefully remove the canvas from the tube.
  • Lay the canvas flat on a clean surface. You can place it face down on a clean sheet or towel to protect the artwork.
3.Stretching the Canvas (Optional but Recommended):
  • For a professional look, you may want to stretch the canvas onto a wooden frame (stretcher bars).
  • You can purchase stretcher bars at an art supply store and follow online tutorials or take the canvas to a professional framer for stretching.

4.Hanging the Canvas:
  • Without Stretching:If you prefer not to stretch the canvas, you can hang it directly by attaching it to the wall with strong adhesive hooks or clips. Make sure the wall and the adhesive are clean and dry.
  • With Stretching:Once the canvas is stretched, you can use picture hooks, nails, or screws to hang it on the wall. Attach hanging hardware to the back of the wooden frame, such as D-rings and wire.

5.Final Adjustments:

 

  • Ensure the painting is level and positioned as desired. Adjust the placement as needed.

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:

  • the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging
  • please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund
  • it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks

For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.

*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 7 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfil it.

Note: After the customer receives the painting, it is not applicable to the space of his or her own house (the customer needs to bear the shipping costs).A full refund will be given once we have received the painting.
